Light and Shadow

Light plays an integral role in garden design. Its power manifests in the nurturing rays of the sun, breathing life into plants and flowers. When filtered by leafy trees and hedges, it creates shaded coves that offer refuge from the heat of the day. Light interacts with the landscape to create vibrant explosions of color that dazzle the eye and soft shadows that provide texture and contrast.
