“I find inspiration in many places, from the bougainvillea-lined courtyards of New Orleans’ Garden District to centuries-old villas overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea on Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Color and form are my muses, from the tropical palettes of architecture in the Florida Keys and Caribbean islands to the soft, natural hues of rolling hills and forests of the American South. Whether I’m walking through the curated specimens of botanical gardens in Europe or enjoying balmy evenings with friends here on the Gulf Coast, I keep my heart and mind open to inspiring moments wherever they arise.”
